MDX Compounds Returns and Refunds Policy

The MDX Compounds Returns and Refunds Policy explains eligibility, required claim information, return shipping, inspections, and refund processing for research materials.

Return requests

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, untampered with, and in their original sealed packaging. Do not send a return without authorization.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened, used, damaged after delivery, improperly stored, temperature-exposed, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for return. Shipping charges and expedited service fees are not refundable unless the return results from our error.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include the order number, shipping label, packaging, and clear photographs. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for authorized return shipping unless MDX Compounds confirms that the wrong item was sent or that the item arrived damaged. Use a trackable service and follow the return instructions provided by support.

Inspection and refunds

Authorized returns are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

Order cancellations

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Orders that have entered fulfillment or have shipped cannot always be canceled.
