Research compound compliance at MDX Compounds is built around clear product classification, documentation, customer responsibilities, and misuse controls.

Research compound compliance and classification

Products are offered only for lawful laboratory research and analytical work. They are not offered as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or products for human or animal use.

Labels and notices

Research-use restrictions are displayed on the website and should be reviewed together with the product label and available lot documentation.

Documentation

Available specifications and Certificates of Analysis are organized by product and lot. Contact support before ordering if your work requires a document that is not currently available.

Customer communications

MDX Compounds does not provide dosing, administration, treatment, diagnostic, or human- or animal-use guidance. Support is limited to orders, product records, and lawful research-use questions.

Misuse prevention

Orders or accounts may be reviewed, limited, refused, or canceled when information suggests prohibited, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, transport, and disposal are permitted and appropriate for their location, institution, and intended research.
