MDX Compounds Shipping Policy

The MDX Compounds Shipping Policy explains order processing, tracking, delivery estimates, and customer responsibilities for shipments.

Order processing

Orders are prepared on business days after payment and compliance review. Processing estimates shown during checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates and may change because of order volume, product availability, holidays, or required verification.

Shipping methods and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout when applicable. Tracking information is sent to the email address on the order after the carrier accepts the shipment.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, customs review, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support immediately after ordering if a correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delay, loss, damage, or delivery that you cannot locate, contact the carrier and email MDX Compounds with your order number and tracking number. We will review available records and assist with an eligible carrier claim.

Returned shipments

Additional shipping charges may apply when a shipment is returned because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
