This Research Use Only Policy confirms that MDX Compounds products are not for human or animal use, consumption, administration, or application. They are supplied only for lawful laboratory research and analytical work.

How the Research Use Only Policy applies

Products are offered as research materials for qualified laboratory settings. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or consumer products.

Prohibited uses

Products must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, administered to humans or animals, used for self-experimentation, or used for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or household purposes.

Purchaser responsibility

Purchasers must have the training, facilities, protective equipment, and procedures needed to receive, identify, store, handle, and dispose of research materials safely. Purchasers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, institutional rules, and carrier restrictions that apply to their location and work.

No use instructions

MDX Compounds does not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution for administration, treatment, or other human- or animal-use guidance. Requests for that information will not be answered.

Order review

MDX Compounds may request additional information, refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict an account when an order or communication indicates prohibited, unsafe, or unlawful use.

Purchase acknowledgment

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that the products will be used only for lawful laboratory research and accepts responsibility for their safe handling, storage, use, and disposal.
